HOW DO I PURCHASE RESONANCE SOUND PRODUCTS?
All you have to do is register (in case you also want to create a user account with it`s benefits) with your email address and follow the instructions. Don`t worry, creating an user account is not essential. Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page and enter all necessary informations. You can use PayPal, credit cards, or Amazon Pay to make a payment. We would also like to draw your attention to the general terms and conditions.
THE PRODUCT I ORDERED COMES AS ZIP FILE – HOW DO I ACCESS THE CONTENT?
The ZIP format allows for conveniently short download times due to excellent compression and thereby smaller file size. Many freeware tools are available to open such a file and extract/decompress the content, for example WinZip or 7zip.
MAY I USED THE PURCHASED OR FREE CONTENT IN MY (COMMERCIAL) PRODUCTIONS?
Absolutely yes, that’s the purpose they were made for! Every person who legally purchased a Resonance-Sound product may use it royality-free in any own production (commercial and non-commercial). This holds just as much true for the free demo packages of our “Free Stuff” section. However, doing so with illegally obtained files is prohibited and will be legally pursed.

PRODUT DOWNLOAD ABORTS / LIMIT OF 5 ATTEMPTS REACHED?
In order to guarantee the highest level of security and reliability, we use Amazon S3 for product delivery. If a download should break off in individual cases, this is mostly due to a temporary connection problem. In this case, we recommend waiting a little before trying again. Download managers and/or poor WiFi connections are also often the cause of such problems. If you cannot find a solution or if the maximum download number of 5 attempts has been reached, please contact us. We solve the problem quickly and easily.
ISSUES WITH PAYPAL PAYMENT PROCESS?
Sometimes there can be problems with the PayPal payment process. If this is the case, please use a different browser (“Chrome” normally runs smoothly). It can also make sense to use LTE instead of the WiFi network when registering / paying. Last but not least, an antivirus program could also prevent the payment process. This should therefore be switched off if necessary.

VAT ID IS NOT DEDUCTED ON THE CHECKOUT?
The VAT identification number must be entered correctly. Only then will the confirmation “Valid EU sales tax identification number” and the amount “EU sales tax exempt” be displayed in the summary on the checkout page.
The EU VAT IDs are checked after they have been entered by the European Union via the VRIES server to check whether it is an existing VAT ID. In individual cases, it can happen that the servers cannot be reached. We have no influence on that. In this case it helps to wait for a little.
Please note that you can only use VAT IDs based in Europe.
MAY I GET THE MIDI FILES OF YOUR AUDIO PRODUCT DEMOS?
We’re sorry, this is not possible. All melodies used are copyrighted either by Resonance-Sound or third parties and are for demonstration purposes only. However, we do encourage you to get inspired by them – why don’t you sit down, take a listen, switch to creative mode and come up with some beautiful groove of your own?
DO YOU PROGRAM/RECREATE A SINGLE SOUND/SAMPLE FOR ME?
As much as we love to meet all our customers’ needs, some things would just be too time-consuming – so, sorry, we can’t do that. However, there might be exceptions applicable for companies or developers.
MAY MY STUDIO PARTNER USE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT?
