REFUND POLICY

Because of the nature of digital downloads in general we offer our customers refunds on an individual case-by-case basis. For the case you found any issues with your downloaded product please get in touch within 21 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email)
By completing a purchase, you fully agree that the reimbursement will be made at the sole discretion of the Resonance Sound staff and that all decisions by the Resonance Sound staff will be final.
Resonance Sound can refund your purchase price providing one (or more) of the following conditions are met:

– Your Paypal/bank account was illegally debitet (should be a proven fraud)

– You provide a detailed & reasonable explanation why the refund should be made.

– If your product is proven to be defective or not as described (please read the product description and software requirements carefully)

– The zip file has not been downloaded. (Please note: Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds unless our system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the provided download link that was issued to you. A Download is considered as a download when a download action is started (it does not have to be completed). As we don’t monitor the completion of the download each click on the download link counts as a download attempt).

We cannot make a refund when you have downloaded the product (zip or rar file).

Resonance Sound does not refund products if :

– you purchased a bundle (bundles are priced far below the regular price. Just to prevent duplicates please always check in front if you already owned one or more single products already. Bundles are sold on a „as-is“ basis)
– you purchased a „Sale product“ or if the product was bought by the use of virtual cash
– You do not longer need or like the purchased product
– You can’t use the product because of software and/or hardware limitations or insufficient know-how
– You used the product with illegal download/cracked software and problems occured.

Eligibility
Refunds are available for 21 days from the date of purchase (please see email confirmation of your order). Resonance Sound strongly recommends that you review what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software. You can always find such information on the individual product pages. The customer is responsible for the knowledge required to use the product. Therefore, each product is clearly labeled with the content and the required software.
